The corporate staff in the front are nice and easy going and far more respectable then the internet department, Matt is a great manager but lets the staff have too much say on the day to day operations as so it creates a toxic work environment where the staff choose favorites and either belittle our critcize those they dont like I wouldnt recommend anyone working in the internet dept I cant say anything negtive about the front end becuse they showed me far more respect and dignity as a person and employee then the internet dept .

Shoe stations individual locations are okay, I will NEVER use their online services again. All their service reps were nice, but CLUELESS on whats going on. No help at all. Took weeks to get an exchange sorted out, got double charged, then had to pay shipping on the exchange both ways, even though I spent over a certain amount for free shipping. Mind you, I received my initial order on the 5th, and had it repackaged and mailed back out to them by the 7th. Instead of an exchange as stated over phone, in email, and in a letter in the box, I was simply refunded the money on the 11th. So on the 12th, Monday, I call to explain the situation, okay, I assume its taken care of. I get charged for the shoes and the shipping after being told I would be refunded the shipping, didnt see that happen. Anyways, was told Id get it by the end of the week. Call Friday the 16th because I havent heard anything yet, just to be told an order wasnt placed or shipped out. AND THEN GET CHARGED AGAIN. Why is this SO difficult? Then offered to just drive to Mobile, where theyre shipped out from, but that was a negative. Never. Again. Oh. And still have no shoes, tracking number, or anything. Just sitting on hold. Going on 20 minutes. Calvin is a solid dude though.
