        This is by far my favorite store to shop in. Been coming here for years & Ms Heidi & Ms Michelle along with the other ladies are always so friendly & eager to help! I'm saddened to hear that the Mobile location is closing but I will continue to do business with Lane Bryant always!

        The customer service is one of the best I have seen at a Lane Bryant. Great place to shop bit pricey but always compare excellent quality clothing worth the cost.

        Shopped in this store Oct 21st. Rude ladies in this store. Husband and I went into this store. Ladies were extremely rude to any questions I had on clothing items. While changing, handed my husband an item to put back and to get me a different size. Lady working there came by, snatched the clothing item from him and put it back, never bothered to get the other size. Then upon checking out, I had the 15$ off OR 20% off coupon. Told her several times I was using the 15$ off coupon. Chick scanned the 20% off coupon and then ripped up the coupon and tossed it in the trash, when I asked about the 15$ off, she shrugged and told me to run my card. So instead of getting 15$ off my order, I got 4$ off. This is why I have started taking my business from Lane Bryant and going to other plus size shops.
