Got my pizza home and the dough was uncooked and looked like they just tossed tomato paste under the pepperonis. I took it back and girl at counter apoligized and said they have been experiencing problems with their oven. She asked if I wanted another pizza and I said no I want my money back. If oven doesn't work, I'll go somewhere else. When she refused to give me my money back I told her I wanted to talk to her manager. She came back out and said he couldn't talk right now.
Place was filthy, manager's a coward, and they do not warranty their food.
I wrote to corporate but apparently they have no standards. No reply.

We ordered a Pepperoni pizza, bread, and a 2 liter Cherry Pepsi. We received a cheese pizza with ONE PEPPERONI on it, and the bread was extremely burned on the bottom and the sides. Tasted terrible.

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! I ordered for delivery, on my first experience. A 40 dollar order with a two liter of Pepsi, when the driver showed up to my house in Copeland Island they did not have the 2 liter. I called and asked if they could deliver one and they said no, I asked for a refund they said no. Fast forward a few months, I decided to give them another try. An identical order, when I opened the pizza I found that it had been dropped all of the pizza was folded into one corner of the box. Again I asked for a redelivery or a refund and I was rudely denied. I will never eat at this location again, I would advise you to never order delivery. One other complaint would be there is never a manager on duty that can actually solve problems they said you would have to call back during the week and during the day. Beware.

Food was great. Friendly service and cheaper prices than any of the other Hungry Howie's stores. I love that they have online ordering.
