Do not use their vision center!!! I ordered glasses for my daughter and I was told they would be ready in about two weeks. Four weeks went by and I called to have them tell me they probably werent ordered on the day I came in because of them being behind. Six weeks went by so I called again to ask when exactly they were ordered and waited for a call back, which I never received, so I call again. This time I was told she left me a voicemail. I did not get a voicemail back. She informed me then that the frames my daughter picked out were obsolete so she ordered the second choice for me that day. Six weeks after I ordered the first pair. Now I have to wait at least another two weeks for those to hopefully come in without having issues. I was also told repeatedly that she left me that voicemail and I most certainly did not get a voicemail. She never called back AND had an attitude about it. She acted like she didnt want to repeat herself again after leaving said voicemail. Just save yourself the time and energy and go literally anywhere else.

Worst customer service experience of my life trying to get medical records sent to another place. I never want to talk to those individuals ever again. Anyone who had received proper training would never have given me the trouble the so called compliance officer gave me. You could tell they were not only uneducated but also ended up being highly unprofessional. If I had this encounter at my own physician's office, it would cause me to doubt the expertise and professional culture of everyone involved. All the other departments I had to communicate with seemed very nice, however.

This clinic is the worst pediatrics doctor office I have ever seen. They never return calls, dont send in prescriptions, look at you like you dont belong there and have no clue what they are doing. Please dont bring your children here.This was once a good clinic years ago dont know what happen its been 2 months trying to get medical records sent from there to another clinic and still no response even the other clinic faxed over a medical release form and never received the records this place should just shut down completely. The employees act as if they are working for free. To make a long story short nothing has been resolved but at least they got paid for a well child visit.
