I needed a prescription filled. The lady who answers the phone was very rude and told me I must come in. I told her I am not in town much anymore and moved. She was not interested inhaling me out. Which is a reflection of how they feel about their patients. She was more concerned with paperwork then trying to work with me and help me. She kept talking over me, interrupting me and hung up on me. So, AVOID this place. They do not care about women and keeping them balanced and healthy and clearly this irate woman is not healthy and balanced or she would not attack her clients. Dr Lyons in Mobile helps with hormones. Find someone else! A place that cares!

I share the sentiments that this doctor is a TRT peddler as said on other reviews online, but Brock doing it totally wrong which is even worse. Dr. Brock is not who you need to go see for TRT and no one shoe fits all. He doesn't listen when you have valid concerns from taking TRT, his office staff doesn't listen (but strangely they know what and how to fix the problems you'll end up having on his TRT program) and they do not care if you run out of the medicine that you are supposed to be on. It took a month and a half plus additional blood work with many obvious symptoms, calls and concerns before they even gave me an AI -- something I probably should have been on since day 1. I was having hot flashes, retaining water, zero sex drive and extreme mental cloudiness. I know my body and when something is wrong but they wanted to push off these concerns until weeks later when I absolutely couldn't take it anymore and they got tired of me calling the office. I tested with almost a 60 E level, starting at a normal range. They want to say it's me overusing the TRT, but realistically this was not the case -- I was using it as intended and as given. Now, after doing more research, not only should I be on a totally different T regiment, but there's zero end in sight if I stay on his regiment. No PCT is EVER talked about nor do they care if your testicles begin to atrophy. They just want you buying their overpriced supplements (check amazon, it's basically 2 for 1 at Brock's cost), continuing to take these medications and paying them 185$ a visit. Outrageous. (And yes, I'm fully aware of needing to take TRT if you're low T for the rest of your life, they just don't give you a way off the train, so to say, if you want off that easily.) I've done plenty of my own research online, have friends who need to take TRT and even spoken to professional athletes. Eventually asking intelligent questions in this office becomes taboo because you shouldn't do your own research apparently. If you do your own research too, you'll find out that he's doing this wrong and in a way that could cause serious damage to your body. The only thing that the 1 star is there for instead of no stars is that they were able to diagnose that I had low T, but I sort of figured that before even coming here. Not only are the office visits outrageously high in cost, they don't take insurance and insurance probably isn't going to pay for what they give you to file yourself. And trust me when I say there ARE doctors in the Mobile area that will take insurance and help you with TRT and a multitude of other problems, but Brock isn't one of them. Almost $700 later out of pocket, I've learned my lesson. Hopefully it won't cost you this much or compromise your health before you find someone else to use that will actually listen to you. Stay away from this quack and the staff before they hurt you permanently.
