        The absolute worse customer service....... Please get your equipment from another company. I'm also terrified of their staff

        My daughter was referred to this company for equipment to go home with by her case worker at Mobile Infirmary. While still at the hospital, we were informed that due to insurance, she was denied. My husband contacted our insurance and asked why it was declined. Our insurance said that there was never a claim of any kind. Bay Home Medical LIED about filing a claim. Luckily, we have wonderful family that was able to find the equipment needed.

        I can't say enough negative about this company. Billings are always mailed late so they are past due almost immediately. Last month I got dunned twice before my insurance paid and before a bill was even created.. Lately, I can't even access my account to pay my current bill because their computer system has a flaw that won't permit me to sign in.
