Friend of mine took his boat there to have bottom paint removed. I dont how many weeks later it was he got his boat back. He was quoted one price and an extremely higher price when he was done. They wouldnt load it on his trailer until he paid. They sanded the chines off of his boat. I personally called numerous times trying to get an answer and a total from Rudy so we could just get the boat out of there. They kept getting put me off. Most unprofessional business Ive ever dealt with. The guy sanding the boat said he had never done a project like this. Rudy assured my friend that he did know what he was doing. He asked the employee again and the employee explained his role at the company. Rudy explained they didnt have time to hand sand a boat bottom, which is what this project required. He should have been up front that they couldnt remotely begin to handle this project. Steer very far away from this business.

STAY AWAY! I made a reservation 1 month prior, called the morning of our arrival to confirm, was told they were full and would not honor our reservation.

Marina is terrible! Roofs are falling down. Docks are not level, you only get 3 of dock to get off your boat when stern in. Called to make appointment for prop work and was held off for 1 week, thats acceptable. When told to come in another boat was lifted ahead of us and had same work done. He called two days before he came in and was jumped ahead of us! The managers are nice people but theres something that keeps them from telling you the truth. Do not come here! Do not plan on their information to be correct!
