First thing this is a review based on the customer service received from a worker by the name of Ms Jeanette. I never got to experience the company as a whole. I called on Monday and spoke with her (since earlier that day my husband spoke with her about this same property) about the listing on Craigslist, after I went to view the property and the area. I called the company wanting to get a walk through of the inside. And after asking her how do I go about scheduling a walk thru, she preceded to ask me did I have the money for the down payment. My reply was excuse me, and she asked me AGAIN. So I stated if we were interested in purchasing a property of course we would have the down payment. And she stated "ok well I will get Scott to call you back". We ended the call, I started to question that this company was a SCAM, WHY WOULD YOU ASK ME SOMETHING LIKE THAT BEFORE I EVEN WALK- IN THE DOOR OF THE PROPERTY. I been threw a home-buying process and NEVER GOT ANSWERED THIS QUESTION OVER THE PHONE. So I went to research the company and came to find out this company was LEGIT. I called back to speak with Ms Jeanette, and I reminded her of our conversation and she said "Yes you spoke with me". I asked her was that question part the process of going to view a property, & she stated "Well we like to make sure we're not wasting our time showing a property. " and I asked her "how would you know that by asking a question over the phone? Do I need to come in and show you my bank statement before showing me the property" and she stated "Well again like I stated before we like to make sure we're not wasting our time showing a property" and I again I asked how would you know what I have?? She proceeded to say well Scott will call you back and explain it to you. I said please make sure he call me and we ended the call. Now it's Thursday evening and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HER OR SCOTT. MAKE ME WONDER DID SHE KNOW SHE MESSED UP WITH THAT QUESTION. Being that when my husband called he said she NEVER asked him that. Again this is a customer service review of the company, I wouldn't want to do business with a representative like Ms Jeanette. And since she represents the company I never called back about this property. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE.
