Kevin is the ultimate professional. We are active duty military and live in another state from our rental house in Mobile, Alabama. Needing to have tile and grout cleaned, I contacted Kevin in the morning. He said he could be at the address after lunch to give me an estimate. He texted when he was on his way and arrived promptly. Greeted our tenants. Then called me with a very fair estimate for the job. He had it completed within two hours. Our tenants were very satisfied with their professional service. The office called me later in the day to obtain my payment information, then proceeded to message me before-and-after pictures of the entire house. One cannot expect better customer service. I will certainly use them again.
