I have been with Allstate since 2002. I had a WONDERFUL agent but she left to sell real estate. Allstate assigned my account to Craig Smith. I called his office just to talk to him about my insurance. He was not in and never returned my call. I changed my agent to Wanda Dueitt. Her secretary informed me that Craig Smith would be getting the commission for my account and that Wanda Dueitt "wouldn't receive a penny for servicing my account". I called Allstate about this and they said that they could not change how their commissions work. I had them change me back to Craig Smith and called him again. No response. I forgot about the phone calls as I didn't need anything in the way of insurance. This year (July 2017), I called Craig because my insurance rates continued to rise. He said he would call me back in an hour so I waited. At 5pm (6 hours later), his assistant called me and said that he had left the office but he would call me back on Monday. A week later, I called him to cancel my homeowners and car insurance. When cancelling the policies he never acknowledged that he hadn't returned my phone calls but he did want to know where I was taking my business. I am SO glad this headache is over! And, on the brighter side, I'm saving a over $500 on car and homeowners with Farmers and I have better coverage on both policies!

When I was in a really bad accident in 2013, Allstate did what they were suppose to do. I was taking care of immediately. I'm with Allstate until God calls me home!

Craig Smith, Jr. Allstate Insurance Agency has been wonderful to me whenever I have needed them. They are always happy to help, and have set my mind at ease when I have had issues to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agency they can depend on.

Great agency to work with. I have had the best customer service. Any and all questions have been answered promptly and accurately. All of my policies and options were clearly explained. I highly recommend and will continue to do business with them.
