        I don't know who decided that customers want to hear somebody typing in the background while on hold for over 30 minutes. It's like torture.

        This company is no good . i bought a car from them as a registered nurse and during the pandemic with Covid raging they repossessed my car for missed payment of 1200 USD . even when i just literarily paid this people . The have no mercy even when i told them my story as a nurse that i had issues due to the pandemic . they refused to work with me . what a bad company to do business even after paying for two years
