Fruit and Acacia Bowl places have become a new trend. They are a great healthy food option - and very tasty! Soul Bowlz is a good one! And unlike some other places in town - Soul Bowlz has better hours of operation! Now, if they could just add an Acacia Bowl with Conecuh Sausage to the menu - then theyd really have something!

Ive been going to this place for lunch for a few weeks now and think the Bowlz are REALLY good. I have tried Karma, Ocean and Energy. For me the Karma is my go-to. I also thought the Energy was good but personally wasnt a fan of the ocean. The Karma is made with peanut butter so seems to be a little more filling as a meal( I usually stop by for lunch). I usually get a large as it seems to be the better deal @$12 ($13.20 w/tax). The food and service is top notch and definitely 5 Star. I had to give Soul Bowlz 4 because I believe as being a Healthy alternative I believe nutritional information is important to support their claims. This information is not available. Even after trying to contact their Customer Service I have yet to receive any nutritional information. This may not be important if you are just looking for a really good snack or meal but I believe it is imperative to have to back their healthy image.
