I seldom leave negative reviews, however, this company truly wasted me and my husband's time when they failed to show for a scheduled meeting. I contacted this company for an estimate on completing a home reno for one of my rental properties. I scheduled the meeting online for Monday, 3/1/2021. They texted and emailed me three times to confirm the appointment so I know they saw it in their system. My husband waited at the site for an hour. He called the listed number to see if they were lost and/or on their way. All calls were sent directly to voicemail. This is very unprofessional! We are asked to respect your time by scheduling and keeping an appointment, yet you do not value your customer's time with the decency to call/text when you have a change in schedule. If you are short handed, or do not have the availability to use online scheduling, please remove this option from your site as to not waste people's time with contacting you. Service: Remodelling

Requested help with a job on 11-12 and meet with him on 11-15. We agreed on the price and to do the job after Thanksgiving early December. I didn’t even negotiate the price. I called twice and was told they would get back with me but they did not follow-up with me. I would never waste their time because I am sure they are busy. Unfortunately they wasted my time and delayed me from getting the job done on time since I thought they would help as agreed.

Mr. Davis (Ben) is a great person to work with. He remodeled two bathrooms for us. He was very professional and did a good job on both of them . I love my new updated bathrooms!
