They have the best clothes for the best price and the material they use is so soft you can get rid of your cat. I wouldn't steal from this store, they are like hawks, or was it seagulls? *hmmmmmm* Either way great place with a fun staff! ¯_(ツ)_/¯

WILL NOT EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! It seems like everytime I go in there they only have one register open and too many people working the floor standing around doing nothing. So you always just have one huge line waiting there forever it seems. I recently bought a shirt from there and had the tags & everything still on it, it was brand new. However, I lost my receipt with so much holiday shopping. I tried returning it, because I bought the wrong size, and they wouldn't let me return it without the receipt all though it was brand new with tags and everything still on it. I already had been standing there for a good 20 mins and when I got up there due to the fact only one register was open. I tried explaining to them I wanted to exchange it for a diff size and they just stopped and stared at me for a couple seconds with a rude blank face. Then told me no in a very rude way and said "No I am afraid we can't do that, it's against STORE POLICY" with no doubt the item was an item from Hollister with the logo, tags and everything still on it. but it was mainly the way they said it they were very rude. They have very poor customer service and I will not shop at Hollister with my money again.
