Gave 2 stars because they are so nice. Bulk load appt 2:00 pm. Started 6:15. Finished loading, scaled and waited on BOL till 10:00 pm. Third time here and same all 3 times

I got diferente experience..fast loading 45 min...overnight parking around warehouse..only is you have to take little orientation and if you got someone with you have to wait at guard house

Disrespectful, rude, unorganized, unprofessional, and long wait times. Been driving truck 37 years and I've never been more Disrespected. Loading sloppy and fast, running the freight and forklift into the sides of my trailer. My wife rides with me full time and they made her get out the truck and wait at gate. This is a family friendly company and I have never had to put my wife out.
