I called to ask about their services. The woman who answered the phone would not take the time to listen. It was a VERY unprofessional conversation. She wanted to share things about their business that I had not even asked about. This is not a business that listens to their customer. Very rude and unprofessional.

Wow, after reading the reviews below, I felt the definite need to take the time and leave comments on my experience. I was on the search for some South Alabama gear to support the football team and they had everything I was looking for - talk about selection! I was even able to find some cool gifts for my mother while shopping - always a tough task. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful in my search and even offered to order some unique requests. I would definitely shop here again and highly recommend it!

UNETHICAL! Anders has completely lost my business. I was sold a book for twice as much as their competitors. After I found that I didn't need the book I returned it (unopened) the same day. They refused to give me a refund stating it was past the date of returns. But the date of no returns was 4 days before I bought the book. I was never told that there was a date of no returns. I confronted the owner and she struggled to find a way to make it my fault. What kind of ethics is that? I was bringing the book back the same day. I told them I always bought my books there and they seemed to get some weird satisfaction out of denying my refund and loosing my business. It was apparent that this happens often. I can see now that this is the way they are staying in business, by deceiving and taking advantage of South Alabama's students. Don't go there. It's just a chain book store don't feel bad about going anywhere else to get a better deal.
