Purchased the Honey wig online over 2 months ago for the price if $561.00
Communication from the assistant is slow and not accurate.
No one answers the phone number listed.
I was assured my unit would be mailed in a week after waiting 2 months.
When I asked for confirmation of shipping
I was notified the unit would not be mailed.
I was granted a full refund within a week.
Poor business etiquette.
For the amount paid without questions, I should have had better communication or my wig within 2 weeks not 2 months.
No discount, incentive or communication from the owner as to what occurred!!!!
There are other professionals with great talent with excellent customer service skills.
I think I’ll spend my money there.
I WILL NOT order from this company again!!!!

Purchased a wig from her and what she displayed was not what I received .
And then I emailed her assistant replies back asking if
The picture of the wig I was wearing was after I worn a week and clearly the lace was still on it
