If u would add just property damage without personal injury to your cases you could really get these ins co who are totalling cars that do not need to be totalled. Along with my car I I can think of 2 others in the past 6 mins this has happened to. They are resalvaving the titles and we the people are getting the shaft! Please help. U say you are for us prove it!!! Contact me on here if u change your case log. Tx
I can think of 2 more others in the past 4 months. But it gets tricky. I have personal/mental injuries as well as mental repercussions from that as well as my husband our self perception and our finances. I basicly had a nervous breakdown and I lost nearly 30 pounds because of the ENTIRE situation. However that's not the personal injury that began the entire fandango...it was my support for my country and a nice old lady (me) who pulled over to let 2 young men stop 5 ft b4 a stop sign. No witnesses not pics and a trustworthy person who followed them to the gas station. So yes this is out there...my foul I should have stayed I had no idea they had plans to burn my insurance company who in turn burned me and totalled out a car that was not totaled. The case is closed but if U want more well?

Wish we could give 10 stars because 5 isn't nearly enough! Just like his commercials promise...we were able to sit down and meet with David and had many phone calls during the course of our case. We were hit by a very drunk driver and David provided us justice! He is intelligent, hard-working, and doesn't take "No" for an answer. He has a keen understanding of the inner workings of insurance companies and attacked from every angle. Its almost fun to watch him work! We are very pleased with our settlement and would recommend him highly!
