All Star Tree Service is a great organization ... they do excellent work at a very fair price ... we highly recommend them for any tree service

Normally wonderful! But for some reason, I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I've left a couple of messages and made numerous attempts to reach someone. Saddened. Guess I'll have to reach out to another company.

So right off, Robert was exceptionally nice and helped me decide not to trim one particular tree until it went dormant. He was also responsive and on time. Also, he was having a medical issue so this may have impacted his service. I needed him to drop three large threes that were connected at the base. He started out doing a great job trimming from top to bottom, but for some reason dropped one of those trees into my neighbor' yard. And then he said he was done. He did loan me his saw, oil, and fuel to remove that tree in my neighbor's yard but he had to leave. Later he offered to slice up the remaining large pieces for a price. I paid a fair price and I believe even if he had a medical issue, he should have left his assistant to get that tree out of the neighbor's yard. Lucky for me, the neighbor only charged me $150 for damage to a sprinkler head and large planter. Service: Tree trimming and pruning

did a great job with some really challenging trees. will use them again if I need this kind of work and will recommend them to others
