Word is they dock their employees pay for anything less than a perfect score.... and there are some people out there 155% is still unsatisfactory, encourage installers to use a go/pro or other recording device to discourage false claims for those types.

Installer showed up at the end of the appointment and said the install couldn't happen because he had no hardware. He and the company knew it and did not even bother to tell me so I did not have to wait all day for no reason. Dish you should look elsewhere, these guys are killing your business. 6 years ago I ran into the same thing, that time they just changed my appointment without even contacting me before hand. Tried to give a Dish a second chance, but your sub contractors failed again.

Installer left ceiling tiles open, bits of wire that he has stripped off all over my halls. He could not figure out how to get the cable into my building through a hole that already had existing cable going through it. I had to tell him how to get it in the building. He left in such a hurry after we was finished that he left a box of cable sitting on my roof.

Very Unprofessional . Cancelled appoirtment threee times in one day and technician looked like a drug head.when he finally showed., i am actually looking at filing civil charges against this company and would recommend to anyne considering and Satellite install to look elsewhere unless you want dirty carpet and all day waits
