I called and had a very good conversation with Alex about the anti-theft key on my car that has appeared to fail. He walked me through several procedures to try before having him come out. I found him to be knowledgeable and very helpful. I still haven't "officially" used their service, but am very pleased that he would have me try other approaches before calling the locksmith out for a task that he says may not fix my problem. That alone speaks to the integrity of this business. While I haven't used them yet, they will be my go-to locksmith when the time comes!!

He was a very pleasant guy to work with. He was honest, helpful and fast. I dropped my key fob in some water and it stopped working. I was recommended to him by a fellow locksmith. When I called, instead of automatically wanting me to order a new one, he suggested that I try to let it dry out and of that didn't work (which it didn't), call him back. That really helped to build my trust. Thank you so much!

Ryan Nelson is the best. He is the one who came to make a key for my car. He tried very thing he could to make the key. He had to come back the next day. He was able to make 2 keys for me. He is very nice and friendly and professional. He is the best!!!!
