Recently switched from another agency with horrible customer service. In my opinion this place is much much worse. Once I got signed up by the salesperson, the first time I had questions the response time in my opinion was awful and when finally she did get back to me I was told that I have to deal with her assistant. This made me very angry so I put a call in to Mr. Wiggins, the person that answered the phone told me that Mr. Wiggins doesn't take phone calls and they would get him a message. At this point, still no return phone call. I have dealt with presidents and CEO's of large corporations and they take phone calls, guess I dont understand. Mark

So, after 7 years of great service, I no longer want to do business with this agency. They bumped my auto liability to HALF A MILLION DOLLARS back in November. They have dodged, made excuses, etc etc. and still wouldn't take it off. I imagine they will make further excuses after reading this. Tried to cancel policy, but when I call, they put me on hold, then i get hung up on after about 5 min. I put a stop payment on this last bill for the exact amount, which is required to stop the payment. What did they do? After bank stopped the draft, Wiggins agency dropped the amount down, after 6 months of fighting, to original pre half million dollar amount. Then ran it through again! Went through, of course, because it was a diff amount. So now, in addition to being overcharged since November, they have now taken money on insurance I no longer want. I want this money back now, and I want my overcharged money back for the last 6 months! And I loved these guys. All this because somebody decided to Jack up my policy, then give me the run around on correcting it. SMH.

Switched my auto policy to All State with them, and its been a disaster since we got switched over. They pulled a rate significantly lower than what I ended up with, because of a mistake on their side. I was only able to realize they had made a mistake after I got my documents in the mail. However, when I cross-checked with the application, it was different from what I received. Upon contacting them to correct the issue, I wasn't informed of the rate increase, but I saw a significant increase in my premium, only through the documents in the mail. And later a document from Allstate dropping us completely. There was no help from this agency to help or even inform me of the changes. This is a bait and switch agency, avoid them if you can.
