DO NOT RENT! been here 20yrs and things used to be great but now we just get treated like crap and get even get a railing out so my elderly mother with bad balance that she has to use a cane or walker to get around and she can't even get out of her apt because of the big drop off from the door to the porch that she can fall even with help. I guess a lawsuit in order soon when she gets hurt but if your parking lot get full and you have nowhere to park GL bec the landlord doesn't give shit if you have a parking spot or not. He once let a guy park a heavy load truck sit in the middle of the parking lot and wouldn't do anything about it and if you don't know what that is the truck looks like a small dump truck and because this parking lot is private property and that means only the property owner can have it removed and he wouldn't but wants to argue over a railing. Just don't rent from these people and you will save yourself a lot of headaches.
