Not gud! My husband went 2 Lane's, carried r '93 FLEEYWOOD CADI. Mechanic was asked 2 put 🚗 on rack & ck rear brakes & adjust muffler by dropping it down. A few min later he returned chg $25.00 & said he looked @ it & cudnt do it. Said the brakes looked gud. The muffler bumps & he was only asked 2 drop it a few inches while it was up on the rack. I 📞 bk down 2 Lane's & asked why he cudnt adj the muffler while it was on the rack. The lady who ans conx me 2 a man who asked the mechanic what happened. Why did he not tell my husband WHY he cudnt do it? Anyway, he didn't tell them truth caz we took the 🚗 directly 2 a shop & it took the mechanic about 10 min & he didn't chg anything aft I told him how we were treated @ Lane's. I feel that ur mechanic was negligent & cud have chgd additionally 4 lowering the muffler but didn't care enuff r have enuff CS 2 do a simple job. We r gud customers. Have a long working history of CASH customers n gud standing with Lane's n Demopolis. We shud not have been brushed off like. Joyce Calhoun
