We love our plantation shutters from The Louver Shop. David and his crew are very professional and their work is spot-on. I highly recommend them for your window treatment needs!

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. David was exceptionally rude and clearly doesn't care if he has your business or not. On our original day to consulate, he texted to meet earlier than our appointment due to inclement weather. We tried to accommodate and my husband left a meeting to meet him. As we were driving, David texts to say he had to cancel because of the weather. We understood that. He then follows up to choose a different date and time which I allowed him to pick. When it came to our meeting day, he texts me a few hours before our meeting asking if we could meet earlier to which I responded we couldn't as my husband had a work conflict. David responds with "If something changes, let me know, I'll be waiting 3 hours to do the estimate". At this point, it is becoming clear that David is put out about meeting with us today. I then decided I would meet him without my husband. I let him know I could meet him, but I wasn't happy with the way the situation was being handled as I too have a job with obligations. His response to me was that "I've tried to be open and honest, if you're unhappy, maybe you would rather use someone else". I followed this up with a very unpleasant phone call that didn't result in any sort of apology from David. I don't understand what happened to customer service. I was the one accommodating his schedule - the schedule he himself picked - when he should have been working with mine. He was incredibly rude. Do not consulate with this company. Go with Richard Cable Interiors or Budget Blinds for your estimates. Much better service!

Plantation Shutters were delivered and installed on time. They matched my paint perfectly and are beautiful. The installation was quick and the installer was very professional. My rep was also very knowledgeable and helpful in my choice of shutters. I would highly recommend Louver Shop.

I was looking for shutters that matched some existing interior shutters that were installed in my home in 1947. The Louver Shop did it! Beautiful job. I'm very satisfied.
