        Terrible people to deal with. No help whatsoever. They expect your bill on time, though. Even if it's their fault for an issue.

        They will shut your water off 25 days after issuing the bill. Happened to me during this pandemic. Wasn’t overdue when issued. But only given 25 days to pay a $55 bill. The online bill pay service doesn’t work. One more reason that this new Alabama resident will move away from Jasper and closer to the hospital where she works.

        I have used them for 10 years and even with a leak my bill has never gone past 80 normal bill is 34. I just got a bill for 276 and I had my pipes checked no leak. And I paid it on time my last bill was 3 weeks ago for 34. Y'all wont hear the last of me.
