Im half owner , never have dealt with this Dowdy lady. As for the other negative review, we could not help this lady and told her so. We could have taken her money and pretended, but we dont do business that way. Call it rude or call it telling the truth.

One of the rudest, most condescending men Ive ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Dont bother contacting him for safety purposes, especially if it concerns a child. He will tell you that youre wasting your time, while offering an unsolicited legal opinion because many years ago he knew what he was talking about. Seriously, call somewhere else if you want professional assistance.
