I hate that you are unable to understand the emails that Cindy has been sending you. She has followed up with you several times and you have not responded. Cindy priced you the car at $1 over invoice , not MSRP. You questioned this and Cindy explained invoice VS MSRP. You told her you had a trade and she attempted to find out where you wanted to be on the car and get information on your trade. You would not respond to her emails. I'm glad you get points for doing a negative review. Our CRM tracks every conversation and I have looked at the string of emails between Cindy and you. You misrepresent the entire interaction between you and my sales rep. If you would like we can copy and paste the string of emails. They are not what you say, and they are a complete misrepresentation of how you were dealt with. It will show that the 1 star review you have handed out is neither deserved or appropriate. Thank You for the review. We are under construction so I'm sure the facility at Tameron looks a little better. You say our people were nice, but you don't say why you would rather go to Tameron.
