The doctors, nurses and receptionist at Capstone in Navuoo, and Jasper, AL are very professional, compassionate, and friendly. They always care about how I am doing and treat me like I'm one of the family there, which is nice, and rare in our modern day.

Capstone Summit in Jasper has been nothing but a joke ever since I started going there 3 years ago. My first gyno appointment, there was a concern about a cyst on my cervix and I was told that I didnt know what a cervix was and tried having a long talk about what a cervix is!! So I went to walker womens and they found the cyst first thing and had to have it biopsied. Today, I had a missed call from them so I called back and the woman (I think she said her name is Liz) said she dont know why I messaged on the portal about my moms neurological issue because my mom messaged them the other day on the portal. My mom doesnt even know how to create an account on there!! My mom has an appointment with a neurologist in May so she said I could try to call to get in sooner. I said she had already went in for a quick trip a while back. And in the most HATEFUL way, she said WELL SWEETIE the ER and neurologist ISNT the same thing. Theres a difference. Such disgusting behavior for someone working in HEALTHCARE. Seems they let just anyone work in healthcare these days. Reporting to higher ups.
