        I have gotten many DOT physicals from Dr. O'Mary over the last decade. Mr. O'Mary is well-known and respected, a true professional with a great personality. His staff is very nice, low cost, doesn't take long and they email your form to the state and give you a complete copy to mail also just to be sure.
