Carl Cannon Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac - Sales

On 8/23/18 I took my 2015 GMC 2500 HD to Carl Cannon for service (oil change, rotation, etc.) & when they brought it back to me to the right front fender was covered in GREASE. Brought it to their attention, they took it & cleaned that fender & brought it back. I was looking over it & found a bad chip on top of right fender that was down to primer. Talked to TOBY HILL (Service Director) he sent me to body shop, a mile or so up road. Dennis Brewer (Collision Center Manager) looked at it & they did an estimate which was $443.20 Then they recommended to touched it up "HIGH" & said bring it back in a couple weeks, to have time to set, & they would buff it out. Carried back on 9/20/18 & they buffed it out & it looks like an ugly blister. Went back to Toby Hill at dealership for his okay to continue with estimate and he said that he is not going to okay repairs. He said that was his final word. Stated it was a rock chip (on top of fender). My wife & I were looking at buying a new Cadillac SUV from Carl Cannon, BUT NOT NOW!!! I am sorry I ever had any dealings with these people. I purchased a $65,000 Denali, no one else has ever been under hood but Carl Cannon. I recommend that NO ONE ever deal with this dealership unless you want to get what I got.

Very responsive to internet inquiry (within minutes) and fast execution of a fair deal. Responsive to my questions about financing, interest rates, etc.

Drove from Athens to deal with Allison. Nice dealership. Allison communicated extremely well in the weeks before the purchase. Did a great job. Would recommend her to friends.
