i rated this service as a 1, since there was no 0 available. i began service with this company in 2016 and was very pleased with the quality of the work that they did. the crew that serviced my lawn was very friendly and maintained a regular schedule with excellent communication. this however did not persist after i received my bill for the one service visit in february. before this bill was received i had another service visit on 03/01, at which time i told the crew chief that all the grass clippings from my back yard were not removed, rather blown into my natural area and rose bed, the removal of grass clippings was part of the originally agreed upon service. when the bill for february was received several days later i found that it was almost double the regular single visit charge. i sent multiple emails as well leaving multiple voicemail messages, but never received a reply. no one answers the phone at any time of the day,l and they apparently refuse to respond to customer inquiries. at some point i did manage to find the cellphone number of the crewchief that had responsiblity for my service. i described the situation to him, and he told me that he was not the boss; however, the boss had told him to merely advise me that there would be no charge for the month of february, since the work had not been completed to my satisfaction. i told him that i wanted to speak to the owner to resolve this to everyone's satisfaction. i was not looking for a free service for february!!!!!! at no time was i contacted by any representative of this company, so i left a message for the crewchief on 03/27. having not heard from him or anyone else, i called again on 03/28. at this point i did reach the crewchief and was finally able to determine that they were no longer interested in providing the service for which i had contracted. even though the quality of work provided for the months that my yard was serviced was quite good, the total lack of communication with a concerned customer is highly unprofessional and lacks even a modicum of courtesy. under no circumstances would i recommend this company due to their total disregard for customer inquiries and concerns. once again my rating would be 0, if this was an available option. m.green
