Everything the other reviewers stated about this company is apparently true. I had a no-show yesterday, so I called Rocket City Junk Removal and another removal service who still hasn't returned my phone call as of 4:30 p.m. today. When I called Rocket City, I got a live voice. Yay! She was very pleasant and I was thrilled that we actually scheduled removal for today. Stevie the mover was also polite, pleasant and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly and efficiently got my sofa sleeper out and onto the trailer. He was also honest. I thought their quoted price was reasonable but Stevie informed me the lady I spoke with said she misquoted and gave me a substantially lower price. I'm impressed. Try them first.
