Did not finish job, left large parts of the tree within the yard, when attempting to call, owner does not remember us, but he remembered to collect his money, had to hire another company to finish a job that we paid for initially to be complete, these guys are frauds.

Wrote a bad check for collecting tree debris. James Collins had two months to resolve the matter and never corrected his debt.

These guys are awesome. Talk about talent in both grooming and removal. We had 60 footers that needed high limbs removed. Was impressive to watch. 5 stars for sure.

I’m posting this for my mom who is elderly and was taken advantage of by this company. This company was hired to remove a tree down to the stump and have the debris removed from the yard in Huntsville, AL. Instead of completing the job James Collins left the branches and debris all over the yard wherever they laid after he cut them down. Needless to say the yard was a disaster. When he came to collect payment he was asked if he’d be returning to complete the job. He indicated that he would return to complete the job, but needed payment first. He never returned. When he was contacted again he lied about ever agreeing to return. Someone else needed to be hired to complete the job that he was hired to do and didn’t. Looking into this company after the fact I see that he’s done this before taking advantage of people and taking their money and leaving them with a mess a to clean up. This company is unprofessional you should not use it or trust the word of the owner in any kind of verbal agreement. Never pay him until he’s completed the job he agreed to. Services: Tree removal, Tree trimming and pruning
