Goodwill - Huntsville

Firstly I love the store and I've always found great stuff. But my two stars are for the goodwill policy on not returning electronics if they don't work. Make sure you test anything yourself. I bought a $21.99 really good brand of shredder they assured me was working because they "test everything" but they didn't actually put paper through it. So when I got it home the shredder turned on and sounded functional but that's because it was stuck in the on position because the inside plastic casing was broken and blocking any paper you to put in.

The staff at pickup and the cashier's are always supper nice and helpful. The cashier named April is always friendly and welcoming. Some of the customers can be a bit greedy and aggressive and won't follow rules. This behavior at times seems to be overlooked. It is busy all the time a few of the floor staff seemed a bit stressed. But overall this is a great place to treasure hunt with mostly helpful friendly staff. You will see customers poised by the swing doors waiting to grab a hot item from the floor staff - maybe that is why they are stressed. Golden rule should apply ..

Store is a mess. True that some items are very overpriced and little greedy for donation items. Toy bags were open already and a lady manager blamed my kid for opening it. She told me my kid need to stay with me at all time when I shop. Seriously!

Really solid prices! Came on a date night for fun and it was really nice. Service was also excellent
