The staff is great, but when it comes to knowing how your insurance operates, the fall short. I have BC/BS federal and I can get supplies quarterly. They told me yearly and I would have to due a yearly check-up to process the order. Filters and other stuff don't last. They handled the Phillips recall poorly. Would not really answer the questions I had. PSA told my wife that I was fine and it was due to the cleaning machine having too much pressure. I went to PSA and within a month I received my new machine from Phillips, Lincare called me and had all new stuff and got it re-programmed and they told me, I can be setup automatically to have my supplies sent to me w/o having to drive to them. I'm happy and go to PSA.. They are wonderful.

Since my first appointment last summer, I've received nothing but top notch care from Roy Sleep Medicine. My CPAP machine has made a huge difference with my health, and I'm sure it's prolonging my life. Dr. Roy has
been a pleasure to deal with, and Todd was very personable and helpful, and even help me set up a consultation for my wife, so hopefully her snoring will be a thing of the past soon, like mine.

Started out with a 1 star review from a rocky conversation with a receptionist. But it turned into a 5 star by the Dr himself. Very professional apology to both my wife and myself and a clear instruction on the test results for our son! could not be more pleased with Dr Roys service.

3 out for 4 visits have had a very long wait. One time I came in and I was the only person here. Waited for 20 minutes and more people came in and they all got seen first. Dr Roy only saw me the first visit. Has been nurses or techs since. Probably will swap clinics for future visits.

Share a true (although negative) review and you will receive a persistent and terse response from Dr. Roy himself. Unique that the doctor Calls you directly? Yes. It would be more effective if the doctor was in the practice instead of leaving it to incompetent staff ( who hasnt changed my husbands phone number from mine after seven requests) and unhelpful nurse practitioners. We are well past the time of Teledoc visits. We need in person. My husband has a complicated case in which the nurse practitioner offered zero help and a very ineffective path forward. I felt like my husband and I provided her with the information instead of the other way around. When my husband left a comment on the reviews that he was searching for another doctor, Dr. Roy proceeded to call my personal cell phone six times across a weekend. When I finally spoke to him, he was condescending and had a very misogynistic tone as if I wasnt aware of the circumstances for which we were speaking of. I am very aware Im not sure he or his staff are! The personal phone calls dont cut it go to the office and see patients, hire competent staff - The phone call afterward does not fix the mess! We wont wait another 4 months for a zoom call with someone unknowledgeable and of no help. And I wont be spoken to like that again - no matter how many board certifications you have.
