I would rate this place a 0 if possible. I will be as transparent as I can be. I went in and the owner was nice and courteous. He gave us a quote. Everything was great. The worst part came after. I called and his secretary whose name I do not know, is extremely rude. I would tell her something and she would flat out make me feel like I was dumb. I left a message for the owner with her and when I called the next day she had no idea what I was talking about. I eventually got a hold of the owner because I needed a freight quote for our tables and chairs and I had already left a message 24 hours before hand. When I called he said Ill get the quote and call you back meaning his secretary never gave him the message. I called back and he was angry and said what do you want me to do?! I was shocked and said sir we arent asking for anything for free. We just want to purchase and he hung up on me. Didnt even bother to call me back or apologize. I dont understand how these people are in business. Its stressful enough to open a restaurant and we still have to deal with vendors that treat us this way. Save your time. Go somewhere else. Itll save you the stress. Much nicer people out there who care about making business with you. These people dont.
