I just closed on the sale of one of my houses with them and could not be more pleased. The entire transaction was handled, with the exception of the close, completely over the phone. An initial call in which the terms were agreed upon, one to arrange an inspection of the property by the buyer, and a couple with the title agency handling the closing - all were smoothly and professionally handled. We still had a few items to remove from the property and they were very willing to accommodate my request for handling this.
