I am a control freak and having a company manage my properties on my behalf is scary. I interviewed a bunch of property management companies and Valley Homes stood out amongst all the other companies. They are responsive and most importantly, I actually can talk to a real person and not a machine. The team keeps me in the loop on big and small items because they know I am a control freak.
