Unprofessional people. Gross conditions. Seeing their attitude towards a customer whose child was Injured by a animal in their store tells me everthing I need to know about this place. Offered no apology, nothing. I mean customer service 101 offer an apology if a patron gets injured. Thier attitude is cruel.

Overwhelming urine smell. Ive never been to an animal shelter or pet store that smelled even close to this sickening. Owners response to previous reviews are pretty much saying its the best they can do with zoo like animals indoors. Maybe this is one of many reasons zoo like animals should NOT be kept indoors in small spaces (for what is appropriate for their species.) Quite a few of the larger animals appeared distressed. Would not recommend.

My niece was attacked at your poorly ran facility and you are denying it!!! NOONE SHOULD DO BUSINESS HERE EVER!!!

A THREE year old was attacked by one of the large cats and the owner is denying any responsibility. If there would have been better barriers and clearly displayed signs, there probably wouldnt have been an incident. For the owner to say it is a rumor is absolutely absurd.
