My wife and I are seasoned home buyers (not by choice). We have purchased three homes and have gone through other mortgage companies in Huntsville. Not going to name names, but other companies in Huntsville lost our paperwork, delayed our closing, and just made the process of buying a home more painful than what it really should be. Charlie and his team were a breath of fresh air. Our third home was our first newly constructed home. A friend told us to give InterLinc a try, and let me tell you, this is how the mortgage process should be. Anyone who has purchased a home post 2008 will tell you it is a painful process. Charlie Thorne and InterLinc made the process so easy! I honestly didn't even realize how painful the process was with other companies until we went through the process painlessly with InterLinc. We couldn't ask for better service, response time, attention to detail, INTEGRITY, and ORGANIZATION! The level of service and individual attention that you get from Charlie and his team is unrivaled and is just one of the MANY small things that you will not get from those companies that you hear advertising on your local radio station. InterLinc is one of those companies that does the right thing, and actually cares, Of all the other companies we used, they are also the only company that actually checked in on us 1 month after closing, 6 months after closing, and even a year after closing (they even sent us a Christmas Card)! Hopefully, we will never have to buy another house, but since my wife and I don't exactly have a good track record in that department, InterLinc will be the first of the three companies that we would go back to.
