ARC Healthcare, LLC (Suboxone Clinic)

After being a very good paying patient for over three years, the first time I need some help, no one returns my calls. They always tell you, you've paid for the month and just call us anytime especially if you're having a problem. Well, That's far from the truth. I've tried to call them during normal working hours on a Friday, no call. Left with no meds for the weekend. Called Monday - Suddenly changed the office hours and didn't return my message. I've now been off my meds for 3 days. They never seem to be unresponsive when I'm paying!!!!

The people here really care for their patients. Some of the Best Doctors & Staff I have dealt with an my lifetime. They all are AWESOME..!!

I use to like going here until we got a new doctor I thought he was going to be a good doctor until he started treating people unfair me and my finance been going for awhile and his brother and sister Teresa ortiz Jessie Wilbanks, carman Taylor, and John wilbanks they took me off my sub's and that Dr Ernest and Sharon had me on she didn't want me to come off them until I was ready BC of my down fall and took my finance from 90 to 84 but his brother and sister still got there 90 and he ain't even trying to switch then to suboxne but he said I couldn't get bk on them unless your prego umm Teresa can't get prego and men can't neither so y'all I'm telling y'all get ready whatever Ernest and Sharon had y'all on it won't be for long I miss Sharon 2

They are really good at what they do. And they are always there if you need them for anything..The nurses and doctors are the very best people.
