Great experience on the 2nd floor, everyone was great, If I needed anything they would come. Graceland was awesome in 24 hour observation, she was very attentive and always asked my daddy if he needed anything!! We are so appreciative of everyone

I arrived at 5:30 in the morning for surgery. Was called back shortly thereafter. Didnt have to wait at all in preop. They did everything quickly and efficiently. Right after that, saw dr and anesthesiologist. Then taken to OR room. The nurses in preop were really nice and professional. The guys in the OR room were phenomenal. They completely put me at ease and were so nice to me. Seemed like they genuinely cared about their patients. From there to recovery where i had a very attentive and knowledgeable RN taking care of me. I even saw the guys from the OR in the hallway hours later when i was doing my post op walking. They all asked me how i was and 1 even stopped and talked to me for a while, continuing to say encouraging words and told me how great the procedure went. My experience was excellent and Im so glad I went there.
