        Hate the parking for handicap. NEver enough on ground floor. One elevator is insufficient and very slow. Had to park on roof and walk a distance to find the elevator the wait, wait, Wait.

        Parking deck was ridiculous with amount of people and staff SPEEDING around corners. Lab was not prepared or ready at 0800 for appointments. Staff still walking in at 0758. I didn't sign in on kiosk apparently to the satisfaction of the staff, so sorry I've never been here before. Didn't know they opened up until I looked around corner at 0801. No one greeted me and I don't understand why I scanned my license, insurance and lab orders if everything was needed again. Inefficient and scanning documents online opens one up to possible identity issues. First impression here: 2/10 which is 1 star. Please work on traffic control in your parking deck and hire additional staff as everyone is too busy to look up from their monitors to assist the people who are paying to utilize the services in this lab.

        Valley Vascular Consultants (Dr. Knott's and Dr. Shepherd seen) located in Blackwell Medical Tower Huntsville. Awesome physicians. Check-in and check-out staff kind and helpful. On sites testing facilities for ordered tests very helpful. The wait times can be longer than typical to see physician for appointments but I highly recommend as vascular specialist/surgery.
