I order my husbands gift for valentine's day 3 days in advance so it can be delivered on Valentine's day it was not deliver that dah till next day and they did not Gave him the card that I pay for nither then I been calling no answer or they just hang up its not good service at all

They do NOT complete orders or follow up. Ordered an arrangement for Valentines Day 2024. Online order tracker shows store received order on February 4th however, today is February 20th and after multiple attempts to contact the store and customer service, I have not received an order, a refund, or a call back. Very disappointing experience especially after ordering last year and receiving roses that rotted off the stem when my partner went to put them in the vases. I called customer service last year and was offered a replacement bouquet. I made two attempts to pick up my replacement bouquet but the store had closed early both days. On the second attempt I left work an hour early to catch the store with no success. I never received my replacement bouquet because the time wasnt worth the hassle. I would not recommend anybody order Edible Arrangements in the Huntsville area. I usually do not complain because I know in customer service sometimes there will be issues but the lack of follow up by the store or corporate prompted me to warn others so no one will have to go through the same disappointment and inconvenience I have experienced.

Package came in a bag had to assemble the flowers, which were wilted.. we will not use this business again, other places have better quality and cheaper prices.

If I could rate 0 stars, I WOULD!! Do not purchase here. I had edible arrangements sent to me for a surprise and the portal was never updated. Couldnt reach anyone on the phone. Got my actual delivery a day late and no one notified me. So fruit was sat outside my door with me not being present! Horrible service, would NEVER recommend anyone to get anything from this location.
