        Lost my clothes about 20 items for a week. I was extremely patient with them, even spending 30 minutes in the back of the shop looking through every article of clothing on their racks. They did eventually find my items (apparently they gave my clothes to another customer), but they were only vaguely apologetic and refused to extend even a small discount for the week long episode. That's simply not right. I will not be back.
