        Horrible that we drove from Madison to this location for my mom to get one thing and they up and closed 15 minutes early. Actually caught a worker locking up and she did not care one bit! Pretty lousy customer service. I used to be a manager and work in customer service and if that was me I would even stay late to help a paying customer! Guess Athens location will be the one getting our business! She claimed they closed at 5:30 now? Well anytime one of my locations open times changed I always made sure online times were changed, because in this day and age that where people find your business times, location, phone number, etc.

        People lied about Merle Norman discontinuing my wifes products and found out was not true. Will drive all the way to Guntersville to shop at Merle Norman there.
