Lifesaver Storm Shelters of North Alabama

Called several times, left my name and number but never recieved a call back. If thats how they treat potential customers one can only assume that the customer support would be a nightmare.

Called, emailed, and called some more with no response! I have tried to purchase a shelter from this company on 5 occasions and none of my requests have been answered. Guess they don't want my business! Will be looking elsewhere!

Danny is a nice enough guy, and I’m happy with the quality of the shelter and the installation, but the time table left much to be desired. I was quoted “4-6 weeks weather permitting” back in January. While there always seemed to be a good reason why the installation was still “just a couple more weeks away”, the fact remains that it took over six months from deposit paid, to shelter installed. They seem to be the only installer doing the underground fiberglass units around here, so if that’s what you want, just be prepared to wait.

Was told multiple times before signing contract 4 to 6 weeks out . I was ok with that in fact thought it showed they were trustworthy haha . I signed the contract on my wife’s birthday. Over four months past I asked for a refund haha because they still hadn’t installed the shelter. I know what I signed but was told repeatedly 4 to 6 weeks . Now 4 months if a far cry from 6 weeks. We talked my wife and I and if he or they can’t even install wife out a problem what if there arises a problem. Will they stand behind the product and their work . The right thing would be return the deposit. Unprofessional in it’s highest form . So be ware they speak with a forked tongue. If you really aren’t in a need and have time to wait and money to just throw out the window they are the company for you .

I was very interested in getting a storm shelter can them said they would call me back in 1 hr didnt hear anything I have called 6 times with no call backs if your not going to call your customers you should just close the doors
