Not pet friendly, they have breed bans (including GSD's) and no case by case exceptions.

If I could leave zero, I would. We recently moved in at Ariza. Not only was the communication throughout the entire leasing process awful (nothing was prepared until we arrived to move in), but the code our door was improperly set up (2 days late) which resulted in having to call a locksmith. The leasing agent claimed it was after hours although she was physically in the office and it was prior to 6:00 PM at close. If I would have been aware this was the standard, I wouldve chosen an alternate complex. This is not a lease I look forward to keeping & am deeply disappointed that this has been our experience. I do not recommend among the many excellent complexes in this area.

Lease at Ariza Oakwood if you desire noise on the weekends from revving engines and car racing, the smell of your neighbors recreational substances entering your apartment, poor-quality construction and plumbing, nonexistence maintenance, trash nuisance, unresponsive management, unconcerned management, pet waste at every step, management that will lie to pacify you, no emergency maintenance, thin walls, maintenance repair requests that are closed without response or completion, nonfunctional security gates, dysfunctional package center systems, waste management vendor does not pick up properly bagged trash and tenants leave the trash out, often piling on to it, for days or until the next pick up occurs, and more, then Ariza Oakwood is the place for you. Maintenance takes FOREVER to come. My sink is still clogged. My ceiling started leaking after 2 months of living here. The Nozzle on my kitchen sink is hanging & the filter on my fridge needs changing. The dumpster is overflowing & sometimes valley trash does not come. They took all the dumpsters & I was forced to take my dog waste all the way to the back to throw it away. Curtsey officer seems a little racist. Parking is scarce & they love towing cars. The gate doesnt work so its not secure & the walls are thin. I hear everything my neighbors do! Also they have now implemented this new measure where they can enter your apartment at anytime for unit cheeks & no you cant opt out of this. I would suggest looking at another complex this place is not worth all of the hassle.
