Had our 6 month maintenance check completed. Nick was our technician and did an outstanding job. He showed us all areas that need to be monitored going into the future. Provided documentation and possible future estimates if needed. He was very professional and courteous and took the time to do all that was required the proper way. Edit: We have our semi-annual HVAC maintenance done by Conditioned Air Solutions and have been very happy with their services for the past 4 years. Shawna came yesterday to perform our maintenance and as part of her service, she looked at our dryer vent. It was almost completely clogged!! I have been complaining about my dryer for 3 years because it takes forever to dry. Before the service yesterday I did a load of towels and they took 2.5 hours to dry. After Shawna cleaned out our vent, I did another load of towels and they were completely dry in 45 minutes. This is going to save on our electric bill and significantly reduce the amount of lint and dust going through our HVAC system and ultimately into the house. A big thank you to Shawna for going above and beyond during her routine maintenance and identifying this problem. This level of service is exactly why we continue to use and recommend Conditioned Air Solutions! I cant say enough about the service from this company. Our AC went out on Memorial Day and we werent sure we would be able to find anyone willing to come out on the holiday. Contacted Conditioned Air Solutions and received a response right away. They sent a tech out within an hour and an hour later it is fixed. Daltons service was extremely thorough and professional from start to finish. We even purchased their biannual preventative maintenance service. Some companies may have taken advantage of the holiday service call and hiked the price way up (we probably would have paid it) but the price was very reasonable. Mr Sylvester from Conditioned Air was very professional. He explained all the issues and concerns we had with our HVAC systems. And even notified us of an item not working that would be replaced under warranty. Very satisfied customer. Services: Repair HVAC, HVAC system maintenance
